Schedule A Workshop
Alabama Caregiver Training includes workshops that are offered to healthcare organizations, community agencies and other groups who work with people with special needs. Caregivers learn how to use the training materials to help their family member, friend or client with emergency planning. Based on an organization’s needs, workshops last between 30 minutes and two hours.
If your organization works with people with special needs in Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Etowah, St. Clair or Talladega County, contact Metro Services at 256.236.8642 or 1.800.263.0201 to schedule a free workshop. You can also email sppinfo@metservices.biz. The workshop and training materials are funded through the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program.
